Prabhaas: Hello, myself Prabhaas!

HR: are 15 minutes late for the interview? Tell me about yourself.

Prabhaas: As I said, myself Prabhaas. I am 21 years old and a B.Com. I did college from Nagpur University and now looking for job.

HR: All right! Walk me through your profile, will you?

Prabhaas: You want me to walk with you?

HR: No, no! I want to know what are your qualities and skills. Can you please brief me on that?

Prabhaas: I work hard, smart and very nicely. I am a good person as I go to temples.

HR: The position you are applying for requires you to have certain skills. Can you tell me something in that regards?

Prabhaas: I am a bachelors of commerce student and I know how to make reports for company money and auditing.

HR: you have any prior experience?

Prabhaas: ! I am fresh as I got my graduation last year.

HR: fresher! What have you been doing since last year?

Prabhaas: I go to interviews and look for job.

HR: If you haven’t gotten a job till now, then did you think about learning some new skills which can help you in landing one?

Prabhaas: I did my college already. I know the knowledge to get the job. I have given 12 interviews last year.

HR: So, why do you think you haven’t gotten a job yet?

Prabhaas: Companies think I am not good because I don’t have experience of office.

HR: maybe is there any other reason? Maybe You should focus on skill development and increase your employability? Being a college graduate is not the only thing that can ensure your bright career. In order to get a job, you should improve your communication and other soft skills.

Prabhaas: I will do that once I get the job.
