We provide online / remote support of Tally to our customers to their utmost satisfaction.

All support and maintenance activities will be carried out by a fully competent first and second line support and maintenance team on a remote basis from our principle offices to the Customer’s representative during the agreed business hours. The Customer is responsible for granting access to its applicable systems for problem diagnostic and resolution purposes
