After 1989 to till now Mr. Rakesh Khurana is a name synonymic with LAJWAAB. & Running a Hotel Management Institute under the banner of ICHM(institute of culinary Art & Hotel Management. Having a natural flair for good food Mr. Khurana has perfected the art of preserving the flavors' of the food while constantly evolving new signature dishes across all verticals of the organization.

Mr. DEEPAK JOHRI has completed his M.A. From DELHI UNIVERSITY started his career with GOVERNMENT JOB, IN NEW DELHI has been looking after (ADMN.) in various deptt. Of Govt of Nct DELHI & retired as ASSTT.COMMISSIONER having experience of 41 years. He is extremely qualified in the functioning and management of banquet and helping streamline and strategizes the growth of our outdoor catering wing, as an innovator.

The man who can handles best of the best & worst of the worst at any possible situation is our Corporate Executive Chef MR. SATINDER CHAWLA. The Chef De-Cuisine focus on the soups, gravies, sauces, stews etc...After an impressive years of experience (24 yrs) with Vasant Continental, Embassy, Essex Farms etc. He pursued his career joining us as Senior Executive chef. Taste of perfection; he puts his soul in every meal of Lajwaab Food. He also look after the CHEMS FORD CLUB as executive chef.
